I was very pleased with my visit to this medical apartment. The space is clean, modern, and well-organized — everything is arranged for the comfort of the patients. The staff is polite, professional, and attentive — from the receptionist to the doctors. All procedures were done carefully and on time. The equipment is up to date, and the medical team clearly knows what they’re doing

Jessica helped with the leasing paperwork, and Michael helped with the move-in. Thank you for the help. The only thing that I would recommend is to let people know in advance to bring the registration to get the garage keys. Other than that, the whole experience and help were fantastic. Thank you, staff and Medici.

I gave The Medici Apartments a five star rating, because the Housing Keeping Department staff members are always cleaning the common areas of Building A, and Building B, at the Medici Apartments. My apartment's capacity meets my expectations.

Bernie, the maintenance manager at the Medici apartments, is truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to take care of my family, handling everything with such care and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their work and genuinely invested in helping others. Bernie not only resolved our issues quickly but also made sure we felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. His kindness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. If you live at the Medici, you’re in great hands with Bernie. Thank you for everything!

The staff is amazing! Bernie is the best. He is always making sure everyone is taken care of.

The support of the leasing office is really nice. They made sure of a smooth process. Also, maintenance guy, Jodey, was very quick when I mentioned an issue during the first day of move-in!

My survey would be a perfect survey as usual however the service was never done although it is saying Work Completed in the Resident App and receiving this survey prematurely. Please fix it and actually complete the work, it is a plumbing issue of a clogged sink, shower and toilet doesn’t flush. UPDATE: They fixed it correctly this time and actually did it and not just clear out a task with no completion done. Get it together Medici, there’s a reason people want to move here and love living here. Don’t let your front office, management or the owner himself or whom ever is dropping the ball be the reason for bad reviews.

I'm very pleased to say I'm very delighted being a residence here at Medici our sterling members RSO ( Jose) staff We have Bernie and Maurice maintenance professionals & are just a few of the great professionals here.There a special place called home it's The Medici foremost comfort luxury living within one of the worlds greatest locations named "DTLA LOS ANGELES" coming from New York city's Famous east side this place of retreat " SIMPLY POPS". Elite panoramic views health spa pools tennis and so much more . Very happy with entire Mangement team Ulysses , Tamar most "Fantastic maintenance and RSO staff of professionals let me give you the drum these professionals are sterling . Let me tell you the where the drum rolls they treat one as a Rock Starr" Whole Lotta Love!!! weather you choose others they can't compare with the style manner of amenities and service given here. Underground parking mail retrieval professional maintenance We have Bernie his staff will make your repairs a breeze where it's a given it's over exceeds any expectations anyone can receive. Don't dis allow to listen about some mishaps it's unfortunate it's a fact you can't always please others opinions. Take the time to make an appointment with the Leasing professionals these folks go the extra mile. Don't take it from me The proof is well known this why I decided to renew my experience within the place where "Everyone one knows your name" a place of where one can't tell where earth ends and heaven begins a place called my home called Medici . The Medici staff is amazing! Everytime I put in a maintenance request it always gets done within a couple of hours. Maurice is absolutely amazing as he changed out my old washer and dryer for a new one and I am super happy with it. He made it so quick and easy to get the washer and dryer. Absolutely thrilled with his professionalism and knowledge about the product/installation. Heavily would recommend Medici apartments based on his utmost excellent service that he gave me! I absolutely LOVE this place! Thank you very much for everything!

The maintenance staff has been terrific, they are friendly and usually fix things pretty quickly. Maurice from maintenance was excellent, replaced my lights and fixed my blinds. He was very helpful and friend and even found a workaround while my AC is broke. Great staff in general.

I have been living here for about 20 months now and it was hard keeping up with management and getting the proper help but as soon as Ms. Garcia stepped in everything my issue was quickly resolved. She is actually updating you constantly without you emailing her first. If you have any questions and email her she responds to your email in a timely matter.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Ms. Garcia., our amazing property manager assistance. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that all residents feel at home. Whether it's addressing maintenance issues promptly or keeping us updated with important information, Ms. Garcia is always on top of things. Her friendly and approachable nature makes living here a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you, Ms. Garcia, for all your hard work and dedication!

DaShanaye and Nino from leasing office has done an amazing job making sure our experience is great. I am excited to continue our residency at Medici and amazing amenities available at the community.
