When my washer broke on a Sunday evening, the maintenance team was responsive and helpful. They were there first thing the next morning, very very nice and immediately tackled the problem. Rivera was transparent and let me know their plan to either fix it or replace it (same day!) and sent me texts to let me know the plan. They ended up replacing the washer that same day, and even had one of the building housekeeping staff come help clean up and mop the floor after they were finished. It’s things like this that are why it pays to live in a building with 24/7 maintenance staff who take pride in their work and customer service. I hope the management company lets them know how valuable and important they are to their tenants.

We are loving our beautiful apartment. The service men came right away to explain how to use the fireplace and lower the kitchen shelves. We are very impressed with the quality, cabinetry, closets and finishes. It already feels like home.they washed the windows, fixed the toilet seat and were prompt and professional. Really this place is the best!

My leasing agent, Christy made this move-in experience seamless and pleasant. She was very thorough, provided all important resources in a folder for me and has been available to assist by phone, email, and my dropping in at the office. The apartment and grounds are lovely. The pool, gym and other amenities are of the high quality one expects of a luxury apartment complex and are kept very clean. Update 4months in apartment. I am very pleased with the maintenance team here. Two times I have used the app to request maintenance. Both times the repair team came within an hour and fixed the issue. The staff was professional, competent and friendly. Jeffrey of the. concierge staff has quickly located and delivered to me lost packages several times since I moved here.

Great place to live. It feels like a vacation resort. The staff are great, the tenants are quiet, they keep the place updated, and the gardening tropical. They fix things quickly, and it is right across the street from the Grove. I think a lot of the bad reviews were from covid times when it was harder to get things done at almost any place in Los Angeles City.
