Big fan of the building. Best location in downtown hands down! Everyone in the building from the leasing office to concierge is so nice and pleasant to deal with. Maintenance requests normally get handled the same day. Hopefully we will stay long term!

On May 25, 2026, between approximately 2:20 p.m. and 2:27 p.m., I had a genuinely positive experience while completing an Uber delivery at Northshore Apartments, located at 110 San Antonio Street in Austin. As someone with a background in customer service and property management, I really notice when concierge staff embody professionalism and courtesy, and that was my experience here today. From the moment I entered the building, I was greeted respectfully and treated with kindness and professionalism throughout the interaction. I understand concierge roles can be busy and demanding, but small gestures like acknowledging someone, offering a greeting, and treating people with respect go a long way. Delivery workers, housekeeping staff, vendors, and others all play a role in helping residents receive services, and being treated with decency truly makes a difference. I wanted to share this experience because excellent customer service deserves recognition just as much as poor service deserves feedback. Thank you to the concierge staff for creating a welcoming and professional environment.

I had the pleasure of touring this community and I was blown away by the amenities, the apartment finishes and the customer service. This community is in the PERFECT location. I personally love the convenience to trails and restaurants. Not to mention, the staff is so kind and friendly. Tiffany really took her time in finding me the perfect apartment. 10/10 recommend! I’ve had a great experience living at Northshore Apartments. The location is unbeatable, right by the water and close to everything downtown Austin has to offer. The views are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere of the community feels both vibrant and relaxing. The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool and fitness center, which are always clean and well-maintained. I also really appreciate the shared spaces, they’re perfect for working remotely or just unwinding after a long day. What truly stands out is the management and maintenance team. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Any requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference. Overall, Northshore is a fantastic place to live if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a great community in Austin. Highly recommend!

I stayed with a friend at Northshore this weekend and all I can say is wow! Seeing how the staff interact with residents is amazing. The atmosphere is so refreshing!! The amenities are unlike any other apartment complex I’ve seen. When I move down the Austin this will be my next home for sure!! 🙌 Well done Northshore!

I love living at Northshore! The location, units, and amenities are great, but what really puts this property above others is the amazing concierge (specifically James, Anthony, and Nate!), leasing, and maintenance staff. Communication is always prompt and work orders are completed quickly (shoutout to Julian!). I definitely feel valued as resident!

I absolutely loved Northshore visited some friends over the weekend and the whole staff was so sweet! The pool is massive and the view is breathtaking! I will be moving to Austin in May and have them at the very top of my list!! 🙌

I’ve lived here for over 5 months and I waited to leave a review because I wanted to make sure I had a chance to have an honest experience Hands down, the best apartment complex with the best bang for your buck in the entire city. I transferred units and resigned and extended my lease 4 months in because of the experience I’ve had. Every one of my guests praises how much better everything here is compared to the rest of the building The entire leasing and concierge staff is incredible, but I wanna make a special shoutout to William. William helped me with my original lease as well as a smooth transfer to my new unit, and is extremely pleasant to work with. Amber, Dakota, and Chelsea in the leasing office are extremely helpful as well. A lot of leasing agents are more concerned with getting people leased, and they don’t care after, but they are the exact opposite here. Last but not least, James from the concierge desk is hands down one of the best assets to this building. He makes everyone feel extremely welcome and one of the best guys out there.

We moved into the Northshore 1 year ago and just renewed our lease for another 15 months. I easily give this place 5 stars. The location is the best in downtown and the management, front desk door men and women, and the maintenance team are fantastic. The management-planned events for tenants are well planned, thoughtful and generous. The building is also very social so expect to make good friends if you want. And the river, city and sunset views from the 8th floor deck are beautiful. This is a great place!

The best place I’ve ever lived! The location and amenities are amazing, but I definitely want to give a special shout out to the staff at North Shore Anthony and Nate at the front desk are always so welcoming and awesome. Amber in the office is an all-star she really goes above and beyond for everyone that she works with. Couldn’t imagine living anywhere else and loving it this much. Feel very secure and safe here too!

My girlfriend moved in recently to the Northshore and the experience for her has been incredible overall. Most importantly, she has been blown away by the kindness and support she has found in the leasing agent, Amber. I have loved living at Northshore! From day one, this place has felt like home. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and in such a great location. The staff is truly the best- especially Amber. She has been so kind and helpful. She is such a friendly face around the building and my puppy absolutely loves her. Can’t say enough good things abt Northshore!

Had a great time touring this place. The views are just incredible, staff passed the vibe check, and that pool! I could see myself spending every weekend at that pool. I worked with Tiffany, she was quite knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Definitely check it out if you are on the fence!

I’m incredibly excited to be moving to NorthShore! From the warm welcome at the concierge desk to meeting Duke the pug, I immediately felt at home when I toured the property. William Wilder was genuinely enthusiastic about showing me the unit and amenities, and both he and Amber are fantastic—they’re responsive, friendly, and super helpful. The whole leasing staff has been great, answering my questions and guiding me through the leasing process every step of the way.

We have been living at Northshore since February and it has been nothing short of amazing! The staff at the front really make it feel like home; Nate and our pup Loki have a deep friendship, and William is so helpful for whatever we need and is always so positive! The location is incredible, there is virtually no noise in between units, all tenants are super respectful and friendly, all areas are very clean, great amenities, and super fun and unique events!

We move in Nov ‘24. Dakota helped us and he was extremely professional, helpful and kind. So far I feel like living here is going to be great. Front desk/concierge is A+ also. UPDATE: We've been here 4 weeks now and the staff have been great. Specifically, Abel from maintenance is really a rock star. He just helped us get an issue solved. He kept us updated at every stage, was always professional, and went out of his way to get us what we needed. So far we are very happy here.

Northshore is an awesome place to live! Great amenities, great staff, perfect location in austin. Sizeable units compared to other downtown Austin apartment buildings. I wouldnt live in any of the other rentable big name apartment buildings downtown. 3 years later edit of review - We have now been at northshore for 5+ years and still love it. Particularly the maintenance staff has been exceptional. Julian is fantastic, always so polite and nice with a smile on his face no matter the reason for your request. Truly appreciate this team and the convenience they provide for residents. Thank you!

My wife and I are Northshore residents and we absolutely love it! From the moment we first came in to ask about available units to the time we moved in, Carlos was incredibly sincere and this convinced us that Northshore was the right place to live. Carlos was also super helpful and assisted us every step of the way throughout the application process. 👍 After living here for a month and a half, I must say that everyone at Northshore, both the staff and residents, have been incredibly warm and friendly. It’s a fantastic community to be a part of. Lastly, the amenities are top-notch, offering stunning views. The unit exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this place!

By far the best apartment I have lived in. Exceeded my expectations! Everyone on the Northshore staff team is incredible, extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment I walked in inquiring about available units to the time I moved in, they have ensured the process is smooth and easy. Carlos and Dakota helped me every step of the way and have great communication. They really care about your experience living at Northshore. The residents very friendly too. The amenities are amazing, they have a great pool and views. Furnishes are good quality and clean and the unit was better than I expected. Everything was move-in ready and appliances worked perfectly with no issues. 10/10 recommend and definitely will renew!

You really can’t beat the location, lake view and amenities at the NorthShore! Plus the staff is so attentive and friendly they have built a great community here.

I've moved over 7 times within Austin's City Limits and this is by far the best Apartment complex I've lived in. The staff is phenomenal, very attentive, and you can't beat this location. Just renewed our lease this year.

I just finished getting settled in. I'll have more to say after the first few months I'm sure, but for now it's well worth a 5/5 The staff, specifically the concierge and the leasing office are hands down the best I got to meet in my many tours downtown. Dakota and Carlos specifically, but the entire staff is swell. Professional and, very impactful to my decision, personable. Lots of stuffy- kind but cooperate- apartments and apartment staff along the Colorado and this place beats that image off the page. I'd toss them a 10/5 if I was able. The price is fair, the apartment is gorgeous, and the other tenants are very friendly. Great access, with great restaurants and ladybird lake herself both just a single block away. A really nice parking garage, the ability to pick between multiple wifi providers, and the amenities are really impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend Northshore apartments, and really suggest going on a guided tour instead of a self guided one.

During my visit to Austin, I stopped by Northshore to view the property on behalf of a client. Despite not having a scheduled appointment, the concierge and leasing staff were extremely accommodating. Amber provided a thorough tour of the model unit and amenities. I was very impressed, and Northshore is now at the top of our list.

One Year Update: I've been living at Northshore for the past year and opted to renew for another year. The Front Office Staff is so attentive. Amber has been super helpful in making sure my time at Northshore is first rate. She helped me connect with the right people to get some internet connectivity issues resolved in the common areas easily and quickly. They are constantly doing fun activities with there residents, she's always making sure everyone's well supplied with snacks and beverages! This really is the best building in Austin, and you should strongly consider living here. ------- It's been a month since I moved in, and I really love this apartment. The location is perfect, and access to the City of Austin trail is awesome. This place is absolutely beautiful and seems to be a dream come true place because of its beautiful spacious rooms, incredible amenities, being surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect location, proximity to all you need such as grocery stores, clubs, retail stores, hiking trails, etc. Moreover, an incredible bonus is to have wonderful supportive staffs which makes this place impeccable. I had a tour by Dakota who is so professional, answering to all questions and greeting people/residents with his magical energy. Dakota is such a gem! The building itself is seriously amazing. The common areas are always spotless, thanks to the hard work of the cleaning team. Plus, they're constantly adding little touches to make it feel like home – whether it's fresh flowers in the lobby or festive decorations during the holidays. The building’s common spaces just had a full update which look great! This building is the first apartment I’ve ever used the common areas, and I use them almost every day! The location of Northshore is hands down the best in downtown Austin. It is located just across from a walking trail on the lake and surrounded by great restaurants! I never want to live anywhere else. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience here. Amber and the entire Northshore team have created such a welcoming and supportive environment, and I'm grateful to call this place home. Northshore will be home for 2 years this coming august and the community, the location is second to none. When I first came in Amber helped me to find the perfect place to fit me and took time to ensure that i was going to be thrilled with my time at NS - shoutout to amber, the concierge staff, the people who make up the NS community for making this place home

We have been at Northshore for almost 3 years now and it truly has become home. The building is in the perfect location downtown, surrounded by great restaurants and energy. Amenities are also fantastic including our newly renovated gym, cold brew on tap and amazing pool area! The community is incredible with the leasing office (Zach, Amber and Dakota are wonderful) and concierge (love Anthony) knowing residents by name and always making us feel appreciated with fun events. The maintenance team is amazing and are quick to help with anything you need. Just today Julian and Israel went above and beyond to fix our washing machine that was acting up. They are the absolute best.

The Northshore is an absolute gem in downtown Austin. The location is ideal - close to everything yet tucked away on a beautiful tree lined street with incredible undisturbed views of lady bird lake. The staff is beyond exceptional, always friendly and attentive to residents' needs. They all go above and beyond for their residents and host amazing and unique events every month. The amenities are top-notch, from the beautiful pool area to the well-equipped fitness center. The building is the epitome of luxury living. Living here is truly a joy and I love being able to call this place home!
