The staff and building are simply amazing. It's the best housing downtown. They offer a lot for a great price here.

The staff is so nice and is always so helpful! There have been so many times where they’ve gone out of their way to help me. The building is also quite clean, including facilities like the gym. My apartment is quite nice and spacious as well, so I’d highly recommend.

Loved living here, staff was great, specifically Brett and Alex are extremely kind and helpful. If you’re looking for close to campus living with decent amenities and community events this is the spot !

i must say the staff are excellent! i haven’t lived year but im writing a review just to mention how great the employees are. i loved at an apartment next door and my packages would constantly get delivered at inspire and the staff were so quick, kind, and understanding every single time i went in!! i even toured there one time and the guy who gave me the tour (im so sad i forgot his name, he was a white male late 20’s/early 30’s) was extremely knowledgeable and it was very clear that he cares about the residents. he would say hi to everyone we passed and knew them by name!!! what a rare find❤️ i hope inspire treats its employees well and understands how lucky they are to have such a great staff on hand.

I've worked with Inspire several times to book out spaces and host events, and all of their spaces are so cleanly and accessible! All of the staff here are so kind and amazing, but Lisa Nguyen is definitely at the top of the list for me. She has fielded a few of my calls, helped me access spaces, and answered any questions I had with a smile on her face. The common spaces at Inspire are amazing and I love being a resident here!

Inspire on 22nd is a beautiful high rise apartment complex in Austin (west campus). Signed a lease for our son this year. Shout out to Hunter for going above and beyond to ensure our son and his roommates were able to make this their new home next Fall. The amenities are clean, well kept, and the location is safe and perfect for students attending the University. I am especially impressed with the building, floor plans and quiet study area for students! The signing process is easy and facilitated professionally by all the staff!

I had a daughter who lived here and she absolutely loved it. Lisa was super helpful with the tour and we signed. The views was great in her room and the amenities were always available and clean. The staff was always so kind and the maintenance team was always so quick and helpful. Definitely felt comforted knowing my daughter was taken care of during her college years.

I haven’t lived at this property yet, but the care and competence that management showed in the process of signing my lease has left me impressed. Taylor W was very responsive to all my questions and was one of the main reasons we were able to sign at this property.

We give the building 4 stars but Hunter, one of it's amazing employees 5 stars. We'll start with the building, while it's mostly secure the parking isn't, at all. Anyone can walk down into the parking garage and enter building through there. We thought it was strange that Inspire wouldn't require a fob to enter the area leading to the stairs and elevators from the garage like it does at the front door/lobby. We have a daughter so maybe we are overly cautious but there are no safety precautions down there at all and parking especially with a hefty price tag. Now for the 5-star-review on Hunter. It seemed that every time there was a call made to ask a question, Hunter answered -- and it couldn't have been a better coincidence.It seems like there isn't anything he can't answer and on the rare occasion he couldn't, it was a brief hold and answer soon after. If he needed a day because a manager wasn't available he always called back. Superb customer service. He's kind and patient -- really, really patient as we had to bug him a lot as it came down to the wire on the move in date. When move in came and there was a minor issue, he and the staff were right on it. Kudos to Hunter and I hope Inspire management will acknowledge his good service. Thank you again Hunter, I know my daughter and her roommates are in good shape with you there!

This place is really amazing. I personally have many of my friends living his from 2 years and they love it. I love how accessible and close it is to campus. Its a less than 5 minutes walk to Guadalupe street. The location is also safer compared to many places on campus. Plus, I love the security, the door locks after a certain time. I also love their amenities, especially their study rooms, they have their own TVs and private rooms, making it much easier to study and print stuff out for free. Plus, the gym had good equipment compared to others. Most importantly, I love how amazing the staff here are. The manager Brent is amazing at his job. Their very helpful and kind, when it comes to signning a lease. Unlike many places their very transparent and open, with things such as lease transfer, window facing, and especially room square footage. Surprisingly, many places dont give out the individual room square footage. Overall, this is a really good place to stay at, especially if your looking for a place with good study rooms.

I am so thankful for my time at inspire it truly was a highlight of my college experience. The front desk staff is especially helpful. One of the people that works at the front desk is named Hunter and he was always so helpful in making sure I received all my main and packages!

Inspire is stunning! From the rooms to the amenities to the willingly helpful staff (Karime went out of her way to help carry stuff), this place has been awesome!

The staff members working the front desk of Inspire are extremely affable, as they create a very welcoming atmosphere and are eager to assist me with all of my questions. Karime in particular has consistently provided high quality service, by which has made navigating through the uncertainties and challenges of living at a new and high quality property trouble-free and uncomplicated.

When you are touring ask for EMMA!!! She was the absolute best tour guide and helped my roommates and I get our top pick on rooms! The whole staff was amazing and made the whole process really easy and stress free but especially emma! She was always a text or phone call away when we had questions.

Great management at apartment since even if there are issues they are often fixed quickly. Karime is one of my favorite office workers. I find it funny that I get so many packages throughout the week that her and some of the other employees easily began to remember my full name. I don't even have to say anything when I show up to the front desk for them to recognize me. The only concern I have are raising rent prices. Overall, the place is still nice and friendly staff even when I had issues.

From the moment I started my journey at Inspire on 22nd, Karime has been so kind and proactive in her role. Her welcoming nature and genuine care for the residents are evident in every interaction. Whether it's a routine call to the front office or a more complex request, Karime has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that our needs are not just met, but exceeded. She is so knowledgeable but if she doesn't know the answer she will always confirm with management to provide the most accurate and helpful information. I have been here since the start of my undergrad, and she was here my third year here. I still remember the first week of move-ins. Karime, personally delivered packages to our doors, ensuring that everyone's transition was as smooth as possible. Karime's role as a guest experience associate might just be a title, but she brings to it a level of warmth and excellence that is rare! Thank you, Karime Villarreal for all you do!

Just got a tour here, so I'm just leaving a review for the staff. Hunter Hodges gave us a fantastic tour! He was so helpful, answered every question we had, and was so sweet!

I lived at Inspire my third year at UT, and I've just renewed my lease for my fourth and last year in school. What I like the most is that it's a 10 minute walk to my classes, and it's very quiet. The staff is very friendly, and they are very quick to respond to emails.

Management is beneficial and impressive. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and stays on top of the work orders—great amenities, and very close to campus.

I have lived at Inspire for seven months now and I renewed my lease for an additional year. My experience here has been great. The rooms are very soundproof. I never hear my neighbors. Maintenance responds to my work orders on the same day I place them. Management is very nice and helpful. They email and text back and forth very quickly. I toured a lot of apartments before choosing Inspire and I truly think it is some of the best student housing on West Campus.

Our son has stayed at Inspire for 3 1/2 years. Location has been great and staff has been great. Very happy with our decision to lease at Inspire.

I've lived here for the past three years and never once regretted my decision. :) The proximity to campus, relative affordability, and the amenities/study lounges are the biggest reasons I would recommend living at Inspire! The staff and management are usually super quick to help with any issues, too.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in live in west campus. The apartment building is pretty new, and all the amenities are great! All maintenance requests are taken care of the same day if not the next which is really convenient especially for busy college students. The staff is absolutely incredible and I'll miss living here when I graduate :(

This is a great place to live! It is very close to campus and has lots of cool places near it. The staff is helpful and nice. The rooftop pool is a little small but it has such a great view it makes up for the size. Also on the roof is a game room, which is a nice release while studying for exams. The rooms have nice views and are decently sized for student housing. I think this is a great place if you are looking for student housing off campus!

Everyone at the front desk is super nice and helpful, especially Katie! My tour was amazing and informative and I've really enjoyed all my experiences with the Inspire staff.

Manager & residents are very sweet and take care of each other! Easy to get groceries delivered. The location and parking if not in the garage is also easy accessible and close by school! Rooms are New, spacious, clean with great security! Fun residential events often!
