So far so good! The staff here is helpful and kind. The amenities are great! When I moved into my unit there were still a couple of unfinished maintenance requirements. I submitted ~8 maintenance requests and within a couple of hours, Ramon was already at my apartment taking care of everything! I greatly appreciate his help for helping make this place a home!

I’ve lived here for almost 5 years, and while there’s cons to every apartment community, the pros outweigh the cons here. PROS: 1. Amazing location, absolutely can’t beat it. 2. Stellar maintenance team. Over the years, I’ve had pest issues, leaks, AC and W/D issues. Nobody wants maintenance issues, but AMLI has the fastest maintenance of any place I know of. Their staff is knowledgeable and kind. An old trash porter, Gary, sent me a card when my cat died. My W/D was leaking for months without me knowing, and maintenance redid the baseboards and replaced the W/D at no cost. The current tech, Ramon, came to my apartment to check a noise less than an hour after I placed the request, figured it out and showed me why it happened. Maintenance is the amenity you can’t buy anywhere else. 3. Incredibly quiet community. Because it’s a LEED Platinum building, I never hear my neighbors. CONS: 1. If you need specialty leasing of any kind (pet addendums, ESAs, SMART Housing), save EVERY single email and send a follow up email to EVERY phone/in person conversation. Save all your documents in organized folders. Know your rights as a tenant. Keeping it all straight just got harder with their AI leasing agent because there’s no longer continuous email threads, just a flood of one off emails. They’ve overcharged me for months, added late fees when I paid early, tried denying an ESA with proper documentation (a fair housing violation), and made renewing SMART Housing so painstaking, I feel like my own lawyer. They lost my original tax return twice. They asked for so much extraneous paperwork to renew one year, the third party reviewers were concerned. I’ve seen managers change in the last 5 years, but this issue never seems to meaningfully improve. Overall, living here is worth the trouble of the leasing office, especially if you don’t have any special leasing needs!

On Friday, March 6th, Ramon very efficiently took care of a maintenance issue for me. He was extremely courteous and helpful, as always, and I enjoyed the short time he was here. The maintenance staff of Amli Mueller is fortunate to have him, along with the rest of the outstanding maintenance staff.

For the price, the property is acceptable overall. Not having an on-site leasing office is sometimes inconvenient. Additionally, there is no Google Fiber, cell service inside the apartment is very poor, and residents are responsible for items like light bulbs and air filters. Overall, the property is fine, but there are several areas where updates and follow-through could improve the experience. UPDATE 1/24/25: right before the freeze my heat went out, Ramon came and got it going quickly! UPDATE 1/9/25: Maintenance pulled though and got me a new appliance quicker than exected! Thanks!

Shelbi and her team at AMLI at Mueller are incredibly helpful and always eager to make residents feel comfortable and supported. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been timely, communicative, and easy to work with. Overall, it’s been a really positive living experience thanks to how responsive and attentive the staff are.

I've lived here for over 5 years and can wholeheartedly give 5 stars. The building interior, pool area, and courtyard are always clean and attractive. I love the variety of residents which contributes to a unique community and new and interesting friends. Having Latch and composting are nice amenities. Above all, the office staff. They communicate in a helpful and friendly manner online or in-person. Bianca Bolanos is outstanding - always pleasant and professional. She can explain any issue and make problems disappear! Special shout out to Adam, too!

The leasing office here is very friendly and so quick to respond! I have had a few questions during my first week after moving in, and Amber has always been quick to respond to my inquiries (usually less than an hour response time, and often much faster). I have only been here for about a week, but it looks like management cares about keeping up the facilities and the infrastructure of the building, and the common areas are well kept and in order. To note, this does mean that there is some noise throughout the day, as there are a couple improvement projects going on currently, but it's nothing terrible. I do also think I can hear my upstairs neighbors more than I ever have in any prior apartment complexes, but I can't complain too much as it is a shared living space and to be expected! So far happy with my apartment choice!

I've spent a wonderful year at Amli Mueller, and honestly, it's been the best apartment living experience I've ever had! From the start, I had such a positive experience with the leasing office, especially with Adam and Bianca, who were always so professional and friendly. I just loved my studio apartment—it was adorable and the perfect fit for me! Whenever I needed maintenance, they were super quick to respond, which made life so much easier. I felt really safe there too, and I enjoyed seeing families and their pets stroll through the neighborhood. It never felt lonely in my studio, especially with such a beautiful community surrounding me. I've gotten to know the area quite well, and everything I needed was just a short walk away! One of my favorite spots was Lady’s Quacks Bakery. Since I worked from home, I would often take a quick stroll during my 15-minute break to grab some of their delicious muffins! I could go on and on about how great Amli Mueller is. It was bittersweet to leave, but I’m excited to move on because of my wedding engagement. A big thank you to the Amli Mueller family!

We just moved to Amli Mueller and we are so happy we did! The entire staff is friendly and very efficient. The public areas are kept very clean, and the amenities are excellent. Plus, the location is ideal.

My clients and I toured AMLI Mueller today and we were so impressed with the leasing agent, Rickey. Over the past few days we toured 10 properties and Rickeys tour really stood out! He even showed us the restaurants located on the ground level of the apartment complex. My clients really took into consideration how they were treated at each apartment complex when deciding where they would live. They wanted to live somewhere where they felt the staff cared about them. Rickey helped my clients easily decide that AMLI Mueller would be the best choice and fit their needs!

The staff at Amli at Mueller have been so helpful since I have lived here. Every concern and/or problem I have encountered has been met with understanding and a quick resolution. The location is really ideal. There are lots of great restaurants and parks within walking distance of this apartment complex.

My husband and I are excited to be living at AMLI Mueller, and our move in was a breeze. Rickey ensured our digital keys and access were ready to go, and we were greeted by a lovely welcome package and bottle of champagne on move in day. A shout out to Bianca for guiding us through the application and leasing process. What a great office team!

The Leasing Office staff are great! (Bianca, Adam). However, The Management needs to improve the Alarm system. It has gone off numerous times, stressing out families and pets - no emergency. My concern: What will happen when there is a REAL emergency? In addition: Lots of money was spent painting stairwells ( that are inside) - yet there is a lot of bird poop that has been sitting by the building 2 stairwell for weeks that has not been cleaned up. I do not understand how this type of prioritizing is determined.

The process was very easy, and the staff were very helpful and responsive.

AMLI Mueller is the middle of everything in the Mueller area and right across from Mueller Lake, so many places to walk. After living here almost a year we love our place. The area is well-kept and quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our studio apartment is well designed for the space. Best apartment I've lived in, in Austin.

Moved into AMLI at Mueller after an extensive search of the Austin area. The location is centralized, with the right mix of "quiet neighborhood", places to walk (around the lake), and things to do (pub, movies) all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the complex houses a pool, gym, and work areas. Loving living here and am excited to be done moving for a few years.

Moved in about 9 months ago, and it's been a great experience so far. The location is close to the lake, restaurants, movie theater, and walking distance to h.e.b. The units are well maintained and staff is friendly and competent.

We have lived at Amli at Mueller for about 7 months and have loved every second. The location is central but quiet, the surrounding neighborhood and park are beautiful, people are friendly, and the staff is very helpful and kind. The office has consistent community events which are a really nice touch. I will also add that any feedback we've had has been heard and acted on. I mentioned in a community survey that electronic keypads on resident doors might be nice, and they are installing them this year. The management makes continual investments in the property to ensure it is a competitive apartment in the area.

When I tell people I live here, they ask what I do for a living. It's that kind of apartment complex. And you get what you pay for, brand new everything, all the amenities, so you also get a lot of value. I love the staff. I've lived a few different AMLI properties and this is by far the best one.

I moved in recently and the experience has been great from the beginning. You can’t beat the location and the staff are friendly and accommodating. When I was looking for an apartment in the area this one stood out as exceptional in quality and service.

This is my first year here, the moving process was super easy, the staff is very kind and responsive, management is super helpful as well! I put in a maintenance request and it was resolved the same day. The building has been clean and well kept, I have yet to hear any noises from surrounding neighbors. I’ve also have had a few packages delivered and the process is really safe and easy since they have been utilizing a packaging system called Luxer! I would recommend. The location is amazing, love the environment!

This is the third AMLI property I've lived in Austin and by far my favorite. From the beginning, my leasing agent Stephanie was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She even warned me that they were working on exterior enhancements and there would be construction noise. Jullee also was an MVP leasing agent and came to the rescue before the major snowstorm. She allowed me to pick up my keys a day early and complete my walk-through because we had a feeling the weather was going to hit hard the office would be closed when I was scheduled to start my lease. I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with several people on the maintenance staff, all of which are so friendly and helpful. Chris and I even had a conversation about my dog and he let me know that he and others on staff had previous bad experiences with a similar breed on-site and that the staff may be uneasy around my dog - to which I was so thankful and understanding. Also, I love the greenery and walkability of this complex. Some downsides are upon construction, they didn't do a great job placing stairwells and elevators. Like many apartment complexes, the soundproofing isn't 100% - it's not a high rise. I read so many negative reviews about this, but it's something that you have to be understanding of when living in an apartment building and take the time to be considerate about your neighbors.

This is my first apartment in 40 years. So far, it’s been a really smooth transition primarily due to the maintenance crew and staff. They are unfailingly pleasant, efficient and competent. And the location is really helping facilitate working toward a more pedestrian lifestyle. There are a couple of days each week where I don’t use my car and I think that will increase once the weather cools some.

I'm here temporarily for school and had a really hard time finding a bldg, that was safe and had good amenities, with great staff... I have really enjoyed the bldg, location & amenities this far and the staff are super friendly and lovely...

Everyone at AMLI Mueller has been great. The move in process was easy and they called multiple times to see if we needed anything. This building and the management is miles better than where I previously lived (The Monroe -Austin). There is also security at night. Very happy to live here.

The living experience is wonderful. The staff is awesome and plus I love the fact that I don't have to drive my car much because this location is so convenient. Everything is within walking distance! ☺

I lived at AMLI Mueller for two years, and really enjoyed my time there. Some of the highlights include new amenities, beautiful pool, great location (the park is your backyard), no noise issues, reliable elevators, and responsive staff. The reason I left is because I wanted to move in with my girlfriend, and we wanted to start in a fresh, new place together. I still have good memories of living there and highly recommend. I don’t normally write reviews, but felt the need to share my positive experience.

My experience at AMLI went from frustrating to a top-notch experience because of one person- Khiree Tuck. When I first moved in, the construction was unbearable and my dishwasher didn't work. Khiree did everything in his power to give me updates on the construction, offered to move me to a new unit, and was able to put in a brand new dishwasher! He has seriously gone above and beyond, and I feel like I have a good friend in the leasing office. Thanks Khiree!!

This is the best place to live. Management is amazing, the community is clean, maintenance is responsive and proactive. It’s safe - I’m always out walking and running at weird hours. The location is amazing. Super dog friendly. Love it here. I will say there is some concern about break-ins to people’s cars. My plates were stolen, but they have security patrolling the garage now and the issues should resolve once the garage door is fixed. (A resident and a tow truck hit it back to back.) It’s frustrating, but it’s not violent and management is doing their best to fix it, which is more than I can say for anywhere else I’ve lived!

The staff and team here are very attentive and helpful with the request and my concerns throughout my one year @ AMLI at Mueller. Sharon in the main office did a wonderful job in helping me during my move out and various communication. There are problems with unhoused individual (Austin in general), however, the AMLI does a wonderful job of ensuring that all entry into the community are key fob access only and that all are in working order. I love their small community enhancement and involvement activities. It has really been wonderful during the pandemic. This apartment by no mean is perfect, however, they do care and they do try to resolve your concerns and issues.

I am at a loss of words, it has truly and completely been the best experience to have worked with Stephanie Marshall at AMLI as our leasing agent. From the minute I walked into the leasing office to now as a resident at AMLI, she has made sure I am very well taken care of no matter the inquiry. I had such a wonderful experience moving into this building. I toured with Stephanie and she set the bar HIGH! She listened to my needs and helped me measure where my furniture would go. On the tour y'all! All the staff here are great. Stephanie is a great example of what an above and beyond experience here at AMLI at Mueller looks like!

Even though we have been in Amli Mueller (and Austin!) for a few short weeks, our experience here has been amazing. From the moment we first met Stephanie we knew she was listening to us and our needs. We see her at all hours not only giving tours but also hosting events and helping build a great sense of community. Our apartment is great and management has been very transparent regarding upgrades and construction. Overall, we are very pleased with our choice to be here!

The AMLI community is wonderful. The staff are absolutely on it, almost always responding to maintenance requests same day and constantly and proactively improving everything. They're also just really kind, helpful, responsive, and organized. My neighbors are clean, considerate, respectful, and quiet. It's incredibly dog friendly. And the apartments and amenities are obviously very nice and well-kept. Also of import, the area is super safe. I'm out running or walking my dog in the dark every day and I always feel safe. People who live and work here care about others, and thus continue to wear masks when leaving their apartment or using the amenities. Around AMLI Mueller there are lots of restaurants and parks, and HEB right around the corner. Love living here.

I have nothing but good things to say about the AMLI Mueller staff and their quality of service. Ana Quijano, the assistant community manager, addressed all of my questions/concerns in a very timely manner. She was also able to get all leasing/administrative/city rent program paperwork squared away in the very tight timeframe I had to find a place for work (less than six days from tour to move in). Furthermore, all of the unit service needs were addressed within a day or two of move-in. AMLI at Mueller has great amenities, and responsive and detail-oriented staff. Highly recommend.

Love it here! Been here for almost 4 years! Perfect location and great staff! Never any issues! Just construction but hey! They got to do it someday !

Amazing location and the building staff is top notch! They respond to emails quickly, are extremely professional, and very friendly. (Special shout out to Evan for being the all around MVP.) The amenities are fantastic and it's a great place to live for young professionals. The rent is reasonable and the apartments are large in size and have very modern & eco-friendly appliances. The showers are also really nice and I look forward to mine every morning. We looked at over 20 apartments all over Austin when moving here, and this was far and away the best one. 10/10 would live here again. Construction is now over in the main area / the pool is open and they gave us all $500 back on rent which was very generous.
