I lived here during my sophomore year of college, and it was the best-managed apartment out of my 4 years at UT. I wish I stayed here all 4 years. The management and maintenance crew are super responsive and efficient. If I have kids that go to UT they're going to live here

Staying in a 4x2, personal room is huge and lots of windows! Also staff is friendly. Always happy to see Allen in the elevator in the mornings! In addition, maintenance is quick (things are fixed within the next day or two). Edit: Laundry machines are not working more and more often…washer just doesn’t dissolve tide pods and leaves clothes soaked in water, and dryer takes at least 2 hours or more to dry the clothes. We put in a service request each time, but it works for one run then doesn’t work the next…

Tom in the leasing office is super helpful and professional I appreciated all his help during the process. He made my experience with 26 West the best.

Wow such a great place!! I toured 26 West and loved it! They have a super great atmosphere and very nice amenities that I think anyone would love! The staff is also super helpful and very friendly, especially their staff member Shaelyn!! Overall great place!!

My daughter has lived here for the last 2 years while at UT. She and her roommates love it. As a parent I like how safe it is. Once I couldn't reach my daughter for 2 days because her phone was completely off and I called and the manger went herself to check on her. She had lost her phone and hadn't told me yet🤣. The manager even loaned her an extra phone she had until I was able to get her a new one. The maintenance workers are fast too. Had my daughters sink fixed a couple of hours after she called about it leaking. I'm happy we picked it for my daughters time at UT She's got 2 years to go and is going to keep the apartment until she graduates.

26 West provides a great environment, amenities and community! All staff is engaging, helpful and efficient, but Annie in particular was a huge help throughout my experience

Property is super impressive...especially the POOL & GYM! The quality of the amenities within the units is way better than what we saw at other places, and staff doing tours were spot on and KNOWLEDGEABLE/COURTEOUS/HELPFUL. Special shout out to Luc!! Gold Star sir 😎🙌

I toured 26 West and was immediately impressed by how welcoming and professional the staff were—they went out of their way to answer all my questions and were very personable. Shoutout to Alexis who went above and beyond to make my touring experience great!

I have enjoyed my time here at 26 West. I have lived here for almost a whole year now and haven't had many issues. Lily is very helpful if you ever bump into her. She is always is smiling and is eager to help anyone that needs it! Its a great, cozy place to stay that has a supportive staff as well!

Took a tour of the place and it went super smoothly. The staff was friendly and able to answer all my questions, I’ve had trouble with tours at other places but this was surprisingly painless. Shout out to Tom

I had an amazing service experience with Luc at the front desk! I went to the front desk a few minutes after closing, and he was kind enough to go back to the office and grab the package for me!

I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone looking for quality, convenience, affordability, and great amenities! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and my experience has been amazing! Tommie in particular has been so helpful in answering all of my questions. I wish I’d signed here last year cause it’s the best housing option by far.

The front desk, staff, workers are really helpful and nice. If there are ever any maintenance issues, they come fix things really quickly! Allan is also a friendly face that is always so kind and encouraging!

I have loved my time at 26 West. I have lived here and also parked in the garage. Allan is amazing and always has a smile on his face and encourages each one of the students to pursue their education! You not only get a great place to live, but a caring staff as well. Could not recommend more!

Shaelyn Snellman and Lesly Cruz are such AMAZING CA's! They are kind, and have great customer service. They always have a smile on their face and are eager to help in any way they can! The management at 26 west is also excellent and extremely helpful.

I wanted to give a special shout out to Rafael in maintenance because he is so amazing and such a hard worker. He fixes everything with ease and expertise, he works so hard to communicate effectively with residents, and he is always so friendly. He is a wonderful addition to the 26 West staff!
