I have lived here during the work week for two years. It is an excellent apartment with fantastic staff support. Ryan, the head Concierge is truly a delight to work with. She does the little things like checking on the one maintenance issue that i have had to ensure it was repaired, greeting me by name, and even letting me know when i have a package. With good people like Ryan and such a good facility, i can easily give it 5 stars.

Going on our third year here. We love the location, the staff is wonderful and so helpful. Any maintenance issues we have ever had have always been addressed almost immediately. The building is well insulated and quiet, very clean and maintained well. We enjoy the amenities and always feel safe here.

Living at Gables Republic Square has been an incredible experience, and the standout feature for me has been the amazing concierge team. Ryan, Colin, and Lodisha consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcomed and cared for — their professionalism and genuine kindness have made this place feel like home. The leasing office has always been helpful and easy to work with too. If I weren’t relocating from Austin, I would absolutely continue living here. Definitely the best place to live in downtown Austin by far.

I've lived here for 3+ years with my girlfriend and there's a reason we don't have plans to leave. The concierge staff has taken AMAZING care of us. We think of Ryan, Colin and Lodisha and the rest of the concierge staff as friends and family. We know our needs will always be taken care of with kindness and professionalism. Every single worker there made a point of growing a relation with each of the residents making the community within the building come to life, If I ever move back to Texas, there is no question where I'd go! I rented an apartment for my daughter for 3 months for her internship and the experience from start to finish was excellent, Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care off. I recently moved in to Gables and absolutely love it, especially the access I have to the roof top pool. The staff and concierge team are both super friendly to me and my dog— she especially loves Morgan! Everyone’s been really nice and welcoming, I’m really excited to live here :)

I toured this place a few weeks ago with Morgan and it was by far the best tour I have had. She knew so much about the building and made it easy for us to choose this place as our home. Ryan the concierge greeted my fiancé and I when we arrived. She was so sweet. Kelly and Morgan made the application process very smooth and provided excellent communication. We are moving in soon and are excited to call this place our home. Just with how excellent and caring the staff is, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move to downtown Austin.

Loved living here! Best location in Austin. I loved all the finishes in the apartment. Aside from the great unit, I enjoyed all the amenities. The general manager Morgan was amazing, any issues I had were resolved in a timely manner.

Our experience in gables is wonderful, moving into a building you’d be concerned with many aspects and layout of apartments pool and gym amenities staff maintenance and neighborhors, we’ve heard so many complaints from friends living in different buildings about the slowness in maintenance at gables you feel like your in safe hands everything is just wonderful and the staff is another story friendly welcoming helpful and chic honestly the best place to live in Austin. Hiring staff as Marcy Ryan and Kelly who in my wife’s opinion should be the face of gables (they just represent the brand so well.

The Gables Republic Square management and leasing office team are quite literally out of this world. I've never felt so welcome. The property is beautiful. The amenities are exquisite and the overall vibe in the community is so positive highly recommended.

Gables is an outstanding location but it is never just the house that makes it a home but the people and staff that make this place a quality home. The management is stellar and the staff is quick to respond to issues or requests. I love their amenities. living here is easy :-)

Have had a great experience here. The staff is great. I am a bit tired of the nickel and diming and draconian corporate policy enforcement and forced, unwanted charged amenities. Overall good place to live though.

This apartment has been the best community that I've ever lived in. Not only are the residence so kind and considerate, but what really makes this the best apartment has to be the staff. I wanted to share an experience that shows how much the staff go above and beyond for their residence. A few weeks ago my dog had a life threatening emergency and needed immediate care. I was in the lobby, and Demetri, one of our amazing concierge receptionist, not only found a local 24/7 emergency vet, but called them, got water for my dog, and then even personally contacted me to ensure she was safe and ok. If it were not for his immediate attention and urgency with helping me, I don't know if she would be here. Hands down the best place to live.

This is by far one of my favorite properties downtown! The interiors are modern industrial with wood floors (and praise be for gas stoves!). The concierge team and leasing office staff are some of the best around! Marcie, Autumn and Jason are some of the kindest individuals I have had the pleasure to meet. They are knowledgeable and so good at what they do!

I adore the all of the staff and concierges at Gables Republic Square but I would like to specifically speak highly of Marcy! She is always so polite, kind, efficient and genuine in any and every interaction we have and with other guests, vendors or residents! She always brightens a gloomy day and exudes happiness! Loving my time at Gables Republic square. The staff here make everything easy Sure, the expense can seem like more than similar places. But the staff and their constant strive to ‘always do more for you’ out weighs anything I moved here from the UK, and I couldn’t have asked for a better moving in and general experience so far Destiny & Dimitri are always working hard with a smile - often going way above what anyone should expect from staff. So happy here! I moved here three months ago from Boston, MA and was extremely nervous about it as I wasn’t able to visit beforehand. Autumn was an absolute treasure and made it as seamless and stress-free as moving cross-country under the circumstances could be! She was (and continues to be) responsive, available, and helpful — from connecting me to cross-country movers to calling and checking in to remind me about upcoming deadlines and paperwork (yeah I’m that girl). Really went above and beyond! What’s it like living here? Location is convenient and the views are breathtaking. The complex itself is gorgeous and has a lot of character. New fixtures and appliances in unit, lovely high ceilings. Well-maintained facilities, amazing amenities, lots of community events, really great staff (how they manage to remember everyone’s names and even pets’ names blows my mind). Front desk/concierge and maintenance are quick to respond. Other tenants are respectful and friendly — haven’t had any noise issues. Safety is very important to me and access is tightly controlled. Deliveries are a breeze, from packages to food to large ones like furniture! Moving to a completely new city can be daunting — so glad I chose Gables Republic Square as my home to make this new chapter a little less so :).

The residents and staff at Gables Republic Square are second to none. With a great location in the middle of Downtown Austin, you're a 5 minute walk from anything. Apartments are beautiful, spaces are kept pristine, and the community is helpful and kind. Neighbors are quiet and common spaces rarely crowded. Highly recommend!

The staff is right down stairs luvs the hell out of your let's. Also, has the best outdoor pool in downtown Austin. In fact, you don't see very many that has such a nice view. A NY vintage posh style interior decoration in the hallway and exterior with its brick walls and Edison lightbulbs.

Autumn Villarreal is an absolute gem and one of the best community managers in Austin, and they have a top-notch concierge team that will take care of all your needs. An oasis in Downtown Austin made special by friendly and attentive staff. Every aspect of leasing, moving in, getting packages and living at GRS has been made easy because of the friendly staff (especially Amanda, Marcie and Destiny). A perfect choice.

I’ve lived at GRS for two years now, and toured many downtown locations before moving in. My experience here has been nothing short of incredible. The leasing staff is incredibly professional, maintenance team awesome, and concierge extremely friendly. The quality of the apartments is well above any other complex I’ve been in downtown, from finishes to construction. I’ve personally never heard a neighbor while in my apt. Amenities are great, and there are often events for residents and little drinks/treats weekly. The focus is certainly on the satisfaction of the resident. I would recommend this complex to anyone wanting to be in the heart of downtown.

We have lived here for about 2 mints, and everyone’s very tentative - from maintenance to concierge to the leasing office. Especially Amanda who from the beginning has been such a kind and helpful person!

Probably the best apartment complex there is Downtown. Perfect location, very helpful staff, and one of the only rooftop hot tubs around.

Have enjoyed the amenities, cleanliness, and central location greatly. The staff is great. Events and freebies like mimosas in the lobby and happy hour at Group Therapy are also nice touches. One small way to improve the experience would be guest parking options to help out on nights my part net stays with me.

Gables Republic Square is the best downtown apartment! It is so trendy and the amenities are top notch. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Dan at the concierge! Being right in the heart of downtown, it is so nice being able to walk to shops, restaurants, the river, and nightlife. 11/10 recommend!

Although I ended up not leasing here the experience I had with the leasing manager Cynthia was great! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the finish out was better than any other property I visited downtown (and I toured most of them) The only reason I didn't lease was that I got a condo on South 1st St. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking downtown.

I absolutely love living at Gables Republic Square. From the stylish decor to the friendly neighbors & amazing staff - everyone is wonderful to work with. We are in the heart of the city and are so close to local shops, restaurants, and walking distance to Lady Bird Lake. If you are new to Austin, I would highly recommend living in this Gatsby-esque like building.

Moved into Republic square in late fall, could not have had better service from management or the concierge team, and still have the same incredible service today!

The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The amenities available take so much stress out of both moving and just overall every day life. Its a beautiful building and apartment.

Moved in at the beginning of the month and everything has been great! Very well built building. Staff which includes a 24/7 concierge is very helpful, accommodating and friendly. They helped make the move in process very easy. The rooftop pool which faces the hill country with the sunset has to be one of the best in Austin. My wife and I looked at several other very nice comparable buildings in downtown, but this place had what we were both looking for which was a quiet apartment that has a balcony with a view. The building is in the middle of downtown, but the brick building along with the double pane windows make it so you don’t hear much outside noise at all.

So far so good. The staff is great and super friendly. I like that it’s quiet and we don’t hear too much construction noise. We’re enjoying being able to relax on the balcony taking in the view of downtown and the park.

Not only is the apartment, facilities, and bonus features amazing but the staff that work at Gables Republic Square are incredible too! I can not say enough amazing things about Cynthia, she has been extremely helpful during the move in process and goes the extra mile to answer any questions! You can always depend on great communication, timelines, and transparency. The people that work here truly want you to love living here and will continue to go up and beyond to make sure that happens. The facilities are amazing and come with a few perks of being located next to/above hotel ZaZa as well. Like I said, you can’t go wrong moving here, it’s a great home plus unbeatable service!
