    honestly they've been having a lot of issues recently from elevators to flooding but management has been amazing and as somebody who works customer service i feel like we gotta remember there's only so much they can do outside of the ppl they call in to fix shit

    Honestly gotta say, I loved this spot, moving out was something I didn’t look forward to. If it wasn’t for relocating I’d still be there. From the convenience of the location, to the facilities to the attentiveness of the staff… Katie in particular 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. Thanks for the memories y’all!

    I came here whenever I was touring UT my senior year of high school (I wasn’t sure about attending this school), but waterloo was one of the factors that contributed to me choosing to go to UT austin! I was on the waitlist for the studio my freshman year and came to live here my sophomore year, and it’s safe to say I’ll be renewing for the rest of my time at this school. Such nice amenities, great views, and an amazing maintenance/office staff

    Yugo is an excellent place for a student’s optimum development. The leasing agent Morgan delivered an amazing level of support and service. Her performance should be held out as an example of exceptionalism that is unheard of in this day and age. Please commend Morgan with the most outstanding accolades that protocol allows.     Super nice spaces and very friendly staff, only complaint was the elevator took forever going down as at least one elevator is currently out of order. Despite the elevator situation, was a fantastic building with great pricing!

    Waterloo is a true gem, with beautiful plants that create a serene atmosphere and a fantastic workout space, complete with a yoga and cycling studio. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the community here makes you feel at home.

    Maintenance

    Everyone in the leasing office is so nice and understanding. They do their absolute most to help out and accommodate to the residents needs. I never had any maintenance issues either. Signing here was easy and during their hours of operation, they are quick to answer. Love it!

    Hands-down, living at Waterloo was one of the best decisions I made while attending UT. The apartment's common areas are gorgeous beyond belief, the amenities are unparalleled among any other West Campus properties, and the units are really comfortable. Special shout out to the managers - Kiera, Madison, and Andrew - because they are so sweet and anytime I've had a problem they got it resolved immediately. Day Dreamer Coffee was a daily visit for me and now that I've moved out, I've been missing it - Starbucks just isn't the same haha. I stayed in one of the balcony units, which I'd highly recommend because they are so spacious. There really aren't enough words to describe how extravagant of a student lifestyle Waterloo provides.
