Aldrich 51 Apartments

I’ve been living at Aldrich 51st for several years, and overall it’s been a great place to call home. One of the biggest reasons I’ve stayed is the management team. The new management has been friendly, professional, and efficient. Martin, the General Manager, genuinely cares about residents and will personally follow up on issues if no one else is available in the office. That level of attention and accountability is something you don’t see everywhere. The maintenance team is also very responsive and does a great job addressing requests. Throughout the years, I’ve found both the property and the management to be consistently well-run and reliable. What changes over time are the residents. I’ve seen many good friends and neighbors move out, and new people move in. As with any large apartment community, you’ll encounter all kinds of people. That’s simply part of living in a large community and not something unique to Aldrich 51st. I also think it’s important to be understanding of everyone’s position. This is a large property with many residents, and the staff has to balance everyone’s needs. When I submit a non-emergency maintenance request, I don’t expect it to be completed within a few hours. If it takes 24 to 72 hours, that’s perfectly reasonable to me because I understand I’m not the only resident, nor should I expect VIP treatment. What matters is that the team is responsive, communicates well, and gets the job done—and that’s been my experience here. For me, the quality of the property and management has remained steady throughout the years. Another major reason I’ve stayed is the convenience and location. Being in the Mueller area is hard to beat, and Aldrich 51st offers some of the best value compared to neighboring communities. The combination of a prime location, responsive management, and reasonable pricing has made it an easy choice for me to continue living here. I’d definitely recommend Aldrich 51st to anyone looking for a well-managed community in Mueller.

Blessings to all! i recently moved to Aldrich51 apts. in Feb of 2026, and a definite upgrade from where i was at! Where ever we live? thats our home and behind our doors is where we live our home. Like every where we go we all have the every day problems including plumbing! on 06/07/2026 at 2:30 am, i began to here thumps on my counter and finally go up to see what was making the noises. I saw my counter wet and finally looked up to find water falling from the ceiling from the sprinkler! Actually from around the sprinkler head!! and it began to grow in size. I called the after hours number and told the operator about my situation She was very professional and assured me she would page the on call maintenance personnel. that was at 2:40 am. i did cover all electronics in fear maybe the ceiling might come down, it didnt thank god. By 5:00 am a few hours after i called? The maintenance arrived and saw the situation and assured me it would be taken care of. It finally stopped from dripping and by today the 9th of June? It dry and no stains.. ! Thank You Aldrich51 maintenance! Every one from the office personnel! To the workers that maintain our Building we call home! Im 100% satisfied in the professionalism in which is always present !!! Thank you all again! Jaime Maldonado resident

Nice place. It is a bit different for me being in a hotel type, where you close one door and hear it at the other end. Not that doors are being slammed, just explaining. It is also a bit different to have a Lobby, but in a great way. Staff is great. Maintenance requests are quick, of course depending on priority basis.

So far great experience! Staff is on the ball to get things done ! Appreciate!!

I've been a resident for five years now here at Aldrich 51. I'm so grateful 🙏 for our new Mgr. Martin R. and the ladies in the office Cameron and Morgan. They are doing an exceptional job in the office/apartments. The maintenance and housekeeping as well. Martin as added more equipment to the gym, and we are having a food drive and they will be catering our Thanksgiving meals. They have also started celebrating birthday's for the residents each month. Thanks for the great work guys!

I moved in at the end of March. I love all of the amenities here! My interactions fellow residents have been very pleasant, and I have found the entire staff to be very helpful, professional, and courteous. I would recommend Aldrich 51 to anyone looking for a vibrant, luxurious, and affordable experience in ATX!

Lizzy helped me move in, her customer service is A+ she found the best deal, fast move in, perfect apartment for me!!! Highly recommend and all of the staff really helpful including maintenance!!!!!

I am very satisfied with the new Management (Diana and Carolina). They have truly made a difference in taking care of issues. Diana really cares about any issues that may arise and if she doesn’t have an answer about something she will call back with an answer. This makes all the difference. I now feel that I can continue to live here. Good job!!!!! Only negative is not having Richard Martinez as part of maintenance. He was the absolute BEST!!!!! I just read my review and, I still standby the review I gave but there are problems. I am in building 5 which makes it impossible to get packages or anything. I have mold because of a bad flood I had a couple of years ago. I will say management is trying to take care of the issue but, I have a lung condition and have noticed that me and dog are wheezing. The hallway need to be cleaned on a regular basis. I do appreciate that management is having housekeeping to clean without a request but this should be addressed regularly!!! We are feeling like the forgotten tenants. This review is being posted 11/1/24 and not in 6/1/24.

I like that the manger she is very sweet and understanding the whole staff gets the job done they are very nice

I have lived here for a 1year and 1/2 now and the newest management is TERRIFIC and I'm happy since the last management would not listen to any of the residents requested for maintenance.They are working hard to maintain and fix my request and the rest of the building. I highly recommend living here with five star 🌟 ratings.

I love the staff there. They are always willing to help fix a problem or just talk when someone needs a ear... I thank you for your time...
