Bianca at One Santa Fe is an absolute Rockstar. Her professionalism is matched only by her warm, welcoming personality, making every interaction a pleasure. She is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond for the community. Highly recommend her expert management!

My friend lives at this apartment complex and she told me that the complex and the property manager are amazing. I’ve been looking for a place to move and I just met Bianca (the previously mentioned property manager) and she’s just as amazing as my friend said she is. She took me on a tour through the building and she told me about all the amazing amenities that one Santa Fe provides. I haven’t moved in yet, but I can’t wait to sign up.

Friendly staff, responsive maintenance, prime location, and the most reasonable rent in the Arts District. Highly recommend!

Had a great time living here! Management has progressively gotten better over the years and you can feel the difference, but honestly they’ve always taken care of my needs. It’s a big building but I’ve always managed to find community within, from a neighbor who’s cat I’d check in on when they travel, to someone down the hall I let in remotely to ship me my iPad to the east coast when I forgot it. For those who don’t share my experience, treat your neighbors the way you’d like to be treated and you might end up happier! Oh and the sunrise / sunset views are amazing (depending if you’re east or west facing)

Awesome apartment complex! I love the outdoor theater and they host monthly events that make it easy to meet other people that live in the building. Maintenance is lightning fast, concierge is super helpful, and the office staff is amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Such a gem in the Arts District! Maintenance is quick to respond to urgent reports (elevators be elevating fr), office team is communicative, and atmosphere is hard to deny. It's impressive!

Amazing staff! Just attended the resident appreciation Halloween party and it was very thoughtful. Free fresh tacos, music was fire, and an open bar. Super grateful.

Had a great experience working with Gali for my apartment at 300 Santa Fe! She’s super professional, patient, and really knows the area well. The whole process was smooth and easy — she helped me find the perfect place that fits my needs. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re looking for a new home! Also, the building management team here is great — very friendly and responsive. Everything’s been well taken care of since I moved in.

This review is for Alejandro---incredible maintenance manager and wonderful person. We've lived here for almost 4 years and have ALWAYS had the best interactions with him. He's experienced, quick, kind and positive-- all of which go a long way when he's a guest in our apartment :) Alejandro is the kind of person you hope to have to make an impact in your community. 10 Stars

The maintenance team and concierge staff here are always kind, professional, and approachable. They respond quickly to requests and take care of problems right away, often going above and beyond to make living here comfortable and safe. Their positive attitude brings real warmth and makes a big difference in our community.

Recently moved into the building and the community is great. The building’s amenities have made life so much easier and the building is super clean. The staff at the building is also great, especially Gali, she’s the best. Neighborhood has been super safe and the restaurants are top tier.

I have lived here for over 5 years now and i love it! I have never had any of the issues some of these other reviewers are mentioning besides the occasional package being stolen by other people who live here. All of the staff that work here are so amazing and kind. In particular, Daniella is the best and always makes sure things are taken care of around the building! I walk my dog three times a day and so I communicate often with the staff at the desk and in the office. Everyone is so professional and thoughtful. 10/10 recommend!!

I recently moved into One Santa Fe, and I have to say, this is the best apartment I’ve lived in since moving to the U.S. I want to especially thank Galilea, the leasing agent who helped me with my move-in process. Even though my situation was a bit complicated, she went out of her way to help me, always responding kindly and making the whole process much easier. Her support played a big role in my decision to move here, and I truly appreciate everything she did for me. The apartment itself is amazing. The pool is spacious and always clean, and the location is perfect — close enough to the heart of Little Tokyo to enjoy everything by foot, but also just far enough to feel peaceful. I’ve only lived here for about four days, but I already feel at home. Every day, I see the staff taking great care of the building, and the 24/7 concierge team is always friendly and helpful. I’m really glad I chose One Santa Fe, and I can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in LA!

I have been living in One Santa Fe for past seven years and they have been the best and most comfortable living experience one can expect in downtown LA. There are many good restaurants nearby. I love the maintenance staff and very helping office staff. The building has newly renovated gym, theater and pool facilities. I love the open areas and huge parking space along with newly constructed sit-out spaces.

Great living. There's not even un item in the checklist that this place fails. Effective and kind staff, clena areas, fast maintenance response, cool social areas, the apartments are spacious and new. Great building to live specially in ADLA

September 2023 Update: Lived here since 2014 and it's really such a cool place to live. The entire One Santa Fe team works incredibly hard day in and day out. Margarito one of the team members here at the property is Incredible! He works very hard and is always very professional, I'm really grateful to have him here. He always has a great smile and he really goes out of his way to make sure your taken care of and addresses any issues quickly and professionally and makes living here at One Santa Fe that much more magical for all the residents. 2017: I am a resident here at one Santa Fe. And I absolutely love it! Ive lived here for about 3 years now and everything is perfect. Lisa one of the managers here is absolutely amazing. She is one of the best!! The whole team here really has great vibes and and are always here and ready to help out anything.

One Santa Fe is a great place to live! I love that it is walkable to so many great restaurants and shops. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Whenever I hear anyone mention wanting to move to this area, I always recommend One Santa Fe!

We moved into the complex almost 6 months ago! Previously lived in Pasadena, WESTWOOD, Santa Monica. The rent here is more affordable by comparison. The surrounding living facilities are also very convenient! There's a front desk that works 24 hours a day. That's great! Isaac is also the best property manager we've ever had! The leasing office staff and maintanence team can solve problems very professionally and quickly! Highly recommended!

I just recently moved in, very friendly staff and amazing community. There is always someone who can help at the office. However amenities are still closed and they don’t have exact date when they will be open

Such a friendly and welcoming staff! Everyone is so supportive and wants to ensure that you have what you need to feel safe, happy and taken care of. Valerii was an absolute dream to work with! He was kind, efficient & personable. The grounds are always super clean, some amenities (pool, etc.) are currently closed but still a really beautiful place to be. And convenient!
