This place is incredible! Modern, clean, and quiet! The price is the best in state, especially with all of the perks. Less than five minutes from I-15 and right in downtown Spanish Fork. The complex is small but the units are very spacious and the grounds are wonderfully taken care of by the property manager, Jeni. I see a cleaning crew here every week making sure the public areas are well kept and any maintenance issue I have within my apartment is addressed and fixed by Jeni THE SAME DAY! I love living at Rees Apartments, it’s one of the best choices I’ve ever made!

Great apartment complex, clean well organized. The units are nice and clean and up-to-date. Definitely bigger than pictures. Show well worth the money and would certainly recommend to anybody looking for a good apartment.

I really enjoy living at Rees Apartments. The community is always clean and well maintained, which makes it feel very comfortable and welcoming. The apartments themselves are in great condition, spacious, and well designed. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I’m very happy to call it home!

I lived at Rees Apartments for a year and a half and loved my time there! If I didn't get married, I likely would have stayed there for a couple more years. The inside and outside of the complex were always clean and you could tell the owner took pride in the property. Jeni, the property manager could often be found caring for the grounds and the building making it a nice and comfortable place to call home. The price for a one bedroom apartment being $985 is one of the cheapest around, and especially for how nice it is it felt like a very fair price. I did have to wait a hot minute to get in after putting my name on the waitlist, so if you're wanting to move here, I would definitely recommend getting on the waitlist well ahead of time, but it was well worth the wait. The complex is located in a very convenient location and is close to anything you could need. The apartment itself is updated and modern, but not so modern that it feels sterile, it still feels very homey. I would strongly recommend that anybody looking for an apartment looks into Rees Apartments!

The apartments are surprisingly big for how small the building look. Very good insulation I can’t hear any neighbors. And the landlord is super nice. Good prices too!

I have loved living at Rees apartments! The complex is always clean and kept up with. The rooms and living room are a great size. The kitchen is spacious and has a lot of storage available. Due to it being a smaller complex, it feels more like a community. The neighbors are kind, quiet, and always saying hi. On top of this Jeni, the property manager, has been amazing to work with. Anytime there is an issue, she is quick to respond during business hours and address the issue at hand. If you’re looking for nice, clean, friendly environment to live, this is the place!

Love, love, love!!! I only have good things to say about Reese Apartments. It’s been the best for my husband and I and everyone is so friendly. Jeni has been so great and everything is very well kept and taken care of!

We love Rees apartments! The apartments are really nice with lots of natural light and large rooms/kitchens. Jeni does a great job maintaining them and went above and beyond to install new carpet just before we moved in. The apartments are very quiet—it doesn’t feel like you are sharing walls with other people. Great location, close to stores, restaurants, and the heart of Spanish Fork. We are happy to call this place home!

We have loved living at Rees! The thing that really sticks out to me is how clean not only the apartments themselves are but the hallways and common areas too! The apartment complex feels safe, and is a great price. Rees is central to Walmart, Costco, the freeway, and main street making it easy to access any thing you need while still being quiet and cozy. We love Rees!

Rees apartments Is an awesome place to live! It has a great environment and everyone that lives there are so kind and nice! They have the best property management thanks to Jeni she is always on top of everything and if you have any questions or concerns she is quick to respond and resolve them. ABSOLUTELY LOVE living at the Rees Apartments in Spanish Fork. It is always clean, quiet, has a variety of polite tenants, AND is dog friendly! Jeni the property manager is fantastic! She is quick to respond, resolve any request that may come up, and is constantly taking care of the property. Reese Apartments are the best! We have lived here for almost 2 years at this point and have nothing but good things to say. We really like that it isn’t a big complex and busy with so many people. We also love our property manager Jeni. She is always on top of everything from the landscape outside, keeping the hallways and indoors clean, and always being responsive and helpful whenever it’s needed. I would definitely recommend living here

There are so many great things to say about these apartments! We have lived here for a little under 2 months and it has been great. When we moved in, the apartment was super clean. The apartments are quiet, we hardly hear our neighbors. The hallways are extremely clean and well kept along with the rest of the property! Jeni, the property manager is great at what she does. We chatted with her months ahead and she kept us informed and was super kind & easy to work with.We unfortunately experienced a leak in our apartment very late one night, and Jeni responded quickly and handled the situation. Can’t say enough good!

We just moved out after living here for over 4 years. We loved our time at Rees and we’re genuinely sad to leave. The apartments are nice with plenty of space. The grounds are kept looking nice by the amazing manager, Jeni. She’s the best. She is an absolute asset to the owners because SHE CARES SO MUCH. She cares about keeping everything looking beautiful and she cares about all the residents living there. If we ever had a maintenance request, Jeni was ON IT. If there is an opening at Rees, you better snatch it up quick. I’m confident you’ll love it there!

As every other review says, the apartment manager Jeni is wonderful! Not only that, but living here has been a treat. It’s quiet, nice neighbors and it seemed to me to be brand new at move in. The price can’t be beat! Especially for what you get. Very pet friendly! There is even an area for pets to potty and there are stands everywhere with bags for cleaning up after your pets. I’m 46 years old and living in my first apartment, ever. I was really worried about not being able to feel at home. Since the first night living here, this really has feel like home to me. I absolutely love it here!

We have LOVED Rees Apartments ever since the first time we came to visit a resident here. We quickly learned it would be a great fit for us. It’s an ideal location, what seems like a 5 minute or less drive to anything in town. It’s a very clean, quiet, feels so safe and is well maintained apartment complex. All residents and surrounding neighbors are friendly and responsible. They’re spacious and modern but quickly feel cozy and like home. We love the tall ceilings! While Rees is pet friendly, they’ve also made a separate fenced in area for pets which is so nice for someone who doesn’t love them! There’s plenty of parking which has been ideal for guests. Anyone and everyone who has to come to visit have been so impressed about everything Rees has to offer! Not to mention that Jeni has been incredible to work with. She’s been great to communicate with and attentive to every need and question. We are so happy here!

When I saw that there was an availability at Rees, I jumped on it as soon as I could. Even just in the pictures it seemed like the perfect space well kept, modern, private, and quiet. Living here has met all my expectations and I couldn't be happier! The application and signing process was quick and easy with the help of the sweetest property manager. I'm looking forward to the rest of my time living here.

Rees Apartments are the best around! I have been very impressed from the beginning! The property is well maintained and you can tell the management takes a sense of pride in their jobs. The units themselves are beautiful and have nice finishes, the work also seems very sound. The walls seem to be well insulated, as I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The price is the best I was able to find in the area for anything remotely compared to what you get here. Jeni, the property manager, is always on top of responding and truly does everything she can to help you. If you’re looking for a place to live in Utah County, Rees Apartments should definitely be at the top of your list!

We love Rees apartments. It’s clean, well maintained, and has super friendly management. Cameras in the hallways helps us feel a sense of safety. The manager over the apartments (Jeni) is efficient, kind and always goes above and beyond to make the residents feel special. The apartments are so spacious, our friends are shocked when they step into our home and see the large space. The higher ceilings make it feel larger as well. Our dogs have a gated area to go potty and our kids have space to play outside. I recommend Reese to everyone I know looking for a place to live!

I’ve only moved in less than two weeks ago, but I am so throughly impressed with Rees Apartments, I’m comfortable leaving a review. From the moment I put myself on the wait list (best decision ever!), Jeni (the manager) has been incredibly communicative and engaged with making sure any processes (from application to signing paperwork to move in) have been utterly smooth and hassle free. She’s always been available and made me feel as though my comfort in my new home is her #1 priority. I’ve appreciated her transparency and communication SO MUCH. For instance, I had an issue with the dishwasher and Jeni was in the apartment checking it out and fixing it within a few business hours. When I moved in, the apartment was immaculate and sanitized. The apartments themselves are just phenomenal. It’s so quiet in the complex and in the neighborhood. I can’t hear my neighbors at all - and the ones I’ve met have been very nice. Such a welcome change! I feel truly at peace. The apartments are loaded with conveniences that make life so much easier. I’m constantly thinking “I’m glad this is built this way.” You can tell that the planning was well thought out and solidly made. I’m beyond delighted with my move to Rees!

I have been a tenant at the Rees Apartments the past two years. One of the things I love is the location. The complex is tucked away in a quiet street away from the noise and chaos of main street. However, you are still within a few blocks of several restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment centers, schools and churches. Another thing I love is the parking. There are enough parking spaces to accommodate all tenants. No need to park on the street a couple of blocks away. Been living here for 1 year 3 months. Hands down the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Jenny the manager worked on this place like a 5 star hotel. There’s clear communication, constant work on making things better, and GOODIES every month! And the unit itself is amazing: new, clean, and great pricing.

My fiancée and I have lived at the Rees Apartments since they opened in 2020, we have absolutely loved living here! We started in a one-bedroom and have since moved to a two-bedroom since we got a puppy last year! The land manager Jeni and her husband are amazing to work with and are so attentive to the needs of the residents!

As a current resident these apartments are an amazing place to live! With a wonderful and responsive staff, I have never been worried about a thing. These apartments are also in a prime location! Within walking distance of good food and shopping. What more could you ask for? If you are looking for a great place to live this is the place for you!

My wife and I have lived here since 2020 and we have nothing but good things to say about the apartment and the property manager. She and her husband are incredibly nice people and have been amazing to work with. She is constantly working to maintain the apartments and even giving little gifts to each tenant periodically. As far as the apartment, we love our space and have had very few problems. The rent is also one of the cheapest you can find in the area. We are very thankful to be living at rees apartments.
