Calling out the fact that I do not live here, however Hannah at the leasing office was extremely helpful, and even though my tour was self guided, answered all my questions when I went to the office with a few questions about the community. It seemed really well maintained. The units were really nice and updated and although I did go in the middle of the day, it seemed that the place was pretty quiet and overall a good place to live. I will know there was a people with dogs all over the place, which is good for me because I’m moving with a dog as well.

I moved here from NYC, after touring multiple locations I ended up choosing Windsor Burnet. It immediately stood out for its quality and spacious design. The apartments have high ceilings, ample cabinetry, and beautiful master bedrooms & bathrooms that make daily living feel elevated. It truly feels like luxury. Just look at how I was able to decorate the apartment. The maintenance team is quick & always reliable. Randie from the management team has been incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring everything runs smoothly. As a Tesla owner, I also appreciated the complimentary 24/7 charging, which was a huge convenience. I had zero issues during my time here and would highly recommend Windsor Burnet to anyone. This place deserves praise. Tour it once and you’ll instantly recognize the quality.

I recently moved to the building and so far my experience is great ! Submitted application and got a response in a reasonable time frame. My move in was smooth. In terms of the move I didn't come across serious issues from the building management or residents. From my point of view building is well managed - shared living spaces are clean. I had two maintenance requests which were reported to management - one of them addressed and resolved in 2 days, the second one is non urgent and currently ongoing. Thank you maintenance team ! Personally I didnt have issues with accessing the package service and got all my deliveries. Parking is easily accessible however if you arrive later during the work day chances are you will park on one of the top floors of the garage if you don't have reserved space. However there is an elevator which works so its not something that is unmanageable. In terms of unit - I like the apartment that I rent and didnt experience any issues with bugs or AC to this point. Once again my experience is good and I like the apartment complex. I was helped by most of the team that works there starting with Kali and Linda which assisted me with the application process and requests I had after. Thank you ladies for your help 🤗

I have been a resident of Windsor Burnet for over a year now. Last night I came back from a work trip after 15 days to find my AC unit leaking through. At 1 am the maintenance manager was able to come in and fix the leak and also followed up with a work order to fix some water damage due to the leak. My experience living here has been great which was made even better by prompt response by the maintenance managed even at night.

The staff is great and I love the apartment itself. Parking is super easy and the pool is the best. 10/10

We have lived here for a month now and really like our experience so far. Though management has occasionally been slow to respond, they have been very helpful and understanding in resolving concerns.

Excellent apartment complex. Clean, well maintained, spacious, quiet apartment. Gorgeous, immaculate pool area. Safe parking garage with ample parking. Secure facility. Friendly, professional staff. Organized mail and package lockers. New pool table and maintained fitness center.

Maintenance staff are the best! Robert saw that I had a large mail package that I needed to take up to my building and brought it up for me without me even having to ask for help! Much appreciated!!

We moved in here this Feb 2023 and really love the great view from our apartment, most importantly. The balcony faces out to the JJ Pickle campus on Burnet and sees a wonderful sunset everyday! Our apartment gets some great sunshine thru our balcony, and I love hanging there reading my books or just soaking in the sun, especially in Fall times. The Fall sky view is graciously gorgeous! The management here is super helpful and extremely approachable and responsive. Alisa Martinez at the office helped us tour the building premises, explained all the finer details, helped us choose our wonderful home and ensured that it was extremely smooth for us to move in! First of all, maintenance has been nothing but the best. The guys have been always very helpful and attentive, specially Martin and Carlos. I do miss the previous guys in the reception/front desk. I haven't got the chance to meet all the new employees in the front, but some of them lack empathy and even knowledge about the community. Unfortunately, the new management has been lacking efforts in connecting with the people and keeping up with general updates and repairs.

I've been here for some months and the staff is great! Anytime I've put in a work order, it's been handled in a timely manner by Alfredo, Carlos and Robert.

I have lived here since the beginning of the year and the whole staff has been amazing. When i need things done the staff goes above and beyond. Especially Alfredo and the maintenance staff.

I’ve been living on the building for almost 5 years and I’m more than happy with the community. Carlos from the maintenance team is always really friendly and helpful. The staff is always kind and supportive.

I recently moved in here, and I'd like to acknowledge how easy the move-in process was. All of the paperwork was clear and organized, and the staff were very helpful with a welcoming attitude. A special shout-out to Abby, Alfredo, and Carlos for being so helpful!!!

Great staff, great location. Very clean and crisp. Maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and fix things first time every time. The team recently did an AC repair. Called to see when it was convenient to make the repair, kept me informed of the progress and left a note confirming completion and testing. That’s customer service. Just an update. Maintenance and management team still going the extra mile.

I recently moved in and have been very impressed with the service from the staff. Everyone has been friendly and very helpful, assisting me with everything that has come up. I especially want to thank Sequoia for her assistance both during my pre-move-in process and on the day of my move-in. Additionally, I want to recognize Robert for his prompt response in addressing the minor issues I discovered upon moving in.

A huge shout out to Abbey Isler at Windsor Burnet! After moving to the Austin, Texas area, I toured and solicited information from almost every multi-family apartment complex in the city. In a sea of outdated and overpriced apartments, apathetic staff, and corporate property managers who barely maintain livable conditions, the Windsor properties (Burnet in particular) stand out as the clear winner. Not only does Windsor excel in all the essential criteria, but their staff also stands out as the most empathetic apartment team I have encountered. Abbey Isler, in particular, was incredibly helpful during my apartment search. She was extraordinarily organized, providing prepared documentation and detailed information on apartment options and features. Abbey was informative without being pushy and followed up with me after the tour, offering her time for any follow-up questions. If you are looking for an apartment in a larger community, Windsor Burnet is one of the few that makes the process easy and enjoyable. Thanks again, Abbey!

Sequoia is an excellent leasing agent. Very kind and polite. She makes the Apartments feel like homes. She is very knowledgeable and wise for her age. I saw from the little time she’s a go to person. I think she needs to get promoted. I think she will make a great Manager if given the chance.

My roommate and I just moved here a couple months ago and it’s been a truly wonderful experience thus far. From the office team to the maintenance side, everyone has been super welcoming and friendly. We absolutely love the location here. Just down the road from The Domain, right next to the soccer stadium and surrounded by phenomenal food spanning from authentic taco trucks to high class dinning. Very modern feel here both with the amenities and our apartment home. We love the cabinets and countertops as well as the no carpet all wood floors. We can’t think of a reason not to move to Windsor Burnet. To say we made the right choice in choosing where to begin our Austin journey would be an understatement.

Have lived here for almost 3 years and I must say, through good and bad, the management team has always been outstanding! Now that they finally got rid of the parking enforcement system they were using, there is really nothing negative to say about the living experience here. A HUGE shoutout to Kelsey on the management team who shows up ready to go every single day with the best attitude one could ask for. No matter the issue or circumstance, he tackles everything with 100% positivity and is an integral part of the living experience at the Windsor Burnet.

I moved here a couple months ago and everything has been absolutely fantastic. All of their amenities are very modern and well kept. The full team between the leasing office and maintenance has been warm and friendly. Move in was super easy. They walked me through all the steps needed and made moving easy! He made this stressful transition from Phoenix to Austin easy and seamless; he stayed after hours to make sure I received my keys Saturday evening due to unforeseeable circumstances amidst my 16 hour (which became a 23 hour) drive. If you’re looking for an amazing apartment in the Domain area this is it! I’ve had the pleasure of living here for almost a year and since day one, the staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel truly at home. I am a former Greystar agent, and Windsor staff are unmatched. From lease start to lease end they held my hand through it all (was bumpy at points) and always had my back. I loved the community so match I decided to move to another Windsor property and the staff went as far as putting in a great word for me too. Thank you Casey Sorrel, you have been a joy to get to know! You do what you say you’ll do, you always go above & beyond. Alex, you are the most patient manager I’ve met and your dedication carries into your work. Haleigh, you are a girl boss. Empathetic, understanding and works to ensure your residents are taken care of. I’m sad to leave but so grateful I got to call Windsor Burnet home! Pros: Walking distance to restaurants, Austin FC soccer stadium. Close to shopping & 15-20min to DT Austin. Cons: A lil heavy traffic on main road during week day work traffic. Be sure to leave 10min early if you work in DT.

Great community! The office is so friendly and upbeat! Maintenance requests also get taken care of quickly.

Such as good community!! Great amenities, the pool is always clean and there are different spaces to spend time or work. The interiors design is modern and looks like a new. All the community is safe and clean, they have a robust system to control the enter to the community The customer service in the leasing office is fenomenal, they always are available to give you support and help you with doubts or concerns related your apartment or amenities, Alex Hernandez and Kayle always gave me the best attention!! Totally recommend this place to live !!

I love living at this property! The staff is friendly & all the amenities are great! Especially the pool! The waters always sparkling and the pool area is always clean! & it’s so close to the domain and 3 major highways!

This community is super modern and in the best location! Super close to the stadium, tons of shops and restaurants and easy freeway access. The office team is so friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong!

They residents are in shock when they see a man of color Something the Management must address..we have a few of us hear and I've been told the same from several..equal living opportunities should be highlighted on lease application..if we can afford to be here that should say enough..very bothered by my experience.image the elevator experience! Me on.. Door opens and they decided to take the stairs..where are we in this high social latter..beyond that!! Beautiful floor plans and pet friendly smh

1.) Great Management. Very friendly and responsive, work very hard. 2.) Great Interiors. Pristine when I moved in, really comfortable and modern look, my apartment got me into interior decorating, which I've never been into before! 3.) Great amenities. Love the pool and gym, Great Room is also a nice place to sometimes go and do some work. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and operational. Parking deck is safe and spacious. 4.) Great location. Walking distance to the Domain, lots of great food and shopping nearby, anything you could possibly want is right here. 5.) Affordable. Prices really aren't bad at all for the area. Really can't ask for better in an apartment. I always love coming home!

I've been a long time resident of this property, I was one of the first residents to move in. With my lease ending in June, my fiancé and I were 100% going to move out until the property management changed. A few months ago a new Property manager came in along with multiple staffing changes and WOW what a difference! They provided excellent communication during the winter storms and provided alternate solutions for anyone experience water outages. They have been nothing but responsive and helpful and I'm happy to say we will be staying another year because of this change.

This was my first experience living in an apartment and Angelica was super helpful in making me feel at ease! The management has been responsive, the location is great, and the apartments are nice! I definitely get great use out of the gym, too!

Overall good place to live. Staff helps with issues and has gone out of their way to assist me. At times can be slow, but have always followed up.

Really fantastic experience living here. Apartment was immaculate on move-in and the complex has always been kept very clean. Fairly good noise insulation for a mid-rise apartment, super friendly staff, and high-quality finishes throughout. Really can't say enough good things about my experience here -- sad to be moving out, but just changing neighborhoods due to my job.

I highly recommend this place. Incredible amenities, wonderful staff, and beautiful apartments that are well taken care of. 5/5 would recommend!
