Karissa was able to inform me of the situation and explain. I am really glad she is back in office.

We absolutely loved out time at arrowhead. We have one child and she was able to enjoy the park and the great community. The office staff was always quick to respond and had cool events going on for the tenants. Maintenance was always very quick as well. The space itself was very nice as well. Definitely recommend!

I have been in my many share of rentals due to having to move all over the state and Arrowhead Apartments for sure have been the best that I have lived in. The management is 10/10 and genuinely care about their residents! Karissa is fantastic and so kind! And Tom is so great at addressing maintenance issues! The grounds are always in great conditions and I love that they do fun things for the residents! I would highly recommend if your looking for somewhere to live to look into this place!

I love this place it is a family friendly place to live. My kids love it they feel safe when they are outside playing thank you for having a wonderful place for us to stay. Pulse they have an amazing manager who care about this place the resident.

This is my second time living here I had to come back! The landlord is so kind and helped us with our move in . It went so smoothly. The apartments are so pretty and everything is well maintained. They are quick to respond with Maintenance needs. Karissa is great!!

The new manager Karissa at the apartments have been absolutely wonderful. I’m able to park in handicap and she installed new towel bars and handicap bars for me. When anything is broke Tom addresses it immediately. The service has been amazing!

Arrowhead place is our home. The manager Shelly made me feel welcome since day 1. I'm a single mom and this is my first place alone. She was and still is so helpful and caring. When we went to view the apartment she helped me through all the questions and concerns I had. I had multiple apartment places I was looking at that day, but my mind kept going back to how it felt like home here. Shelly is honestly the best Apartment manager I've ever seen or had. The apartment complex is always clean and welcoming to all but most importantly to me is kids. My son loves the play ground. We don't have pets but they allow pets and this is huge for most, they even have a little dog park area. They give you plenty of heads up before inspections or maintenance visits. Highly recommend Arrowhead Place apartments. Easy, quiet, respectful neighbors and management! Thank you for all the support Shelly !

I currently live here. It's a very peaceful place very quiet in the country. Friendly and helpful management. Very cozy apartment, spacious new clean.

Arrowhead has been a great place to live! And the manager Shelly is definitely by far the best property manager I've ever gone through. She was so kind, honest and transparent and was always on top of everything and responded to emails and calls very quickly. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they are a little pricey even in today's market.

Arrowhead Place is a great community! Management is wonderful to work with, the neighborhood is bright and clean, it feels incredibly safe, and the community is growing!

Arrowhead Place is an awesome peaceful neighborhood, great if you have kids. Great elementary school, 4 minutes away from The Market. The Management (Shelly) has been more than fantastic to my kids and I. Shelly has bent over backwards to make sure all my needs were met, she has great communication skills and is very prompt. I have felt taken care of in every way. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would! Highly recommended!
