Our maintenance guy is the absolute best. He is so good with my special needs son. He is always there to help get things fixed in a timely manner. We love the front office women they are so good with my son as well. They take all my phone calls. They address all my concerns. They are professional and kind and will do their best to help with whatever they can. The only complaint I have is they have very cheap blinds that break constantly and the bath tubs are so tiny. And we need more surveillance. We have lived here for two years and hope to stay longer. I really like it here.

The place here is nice. The front office women are awesome and super understanding. They helped so much. Our apartment was nice and clean and we are happy to be here. :)

Easy process, the ladies at management are really nice and kind.

Payson Point has been a great place to live. Complex is clean and safe, easy access to freeway, shopping and schools. Management has been great to work with!

My son and I have lived in these apartments for over a year and a 1/2 and have absolutely loved being here! The apartment management is very responsive to any requests that we've had and are willing to work with us on any challenges we face.. The maintenance manager is top-notch and has fixed multiple things in our apartment with ease and professionalism! We highly recommend these apartments!

Eleanore and the Payson Point staff are great! The apartments are clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The gym and pool are a nice bonus, and the community feels safe and quiet. Highly recommend!

When I toured this property, the property manager Eleanore was very sweet and helpful with all my questions. The apartment complex is so clean and well maintained. I felt very welcomed. Seems like an amazing community to live in!

Nicest apartment complexes I have rented for the price since I’ve moved to Utah, it’s clean, good size pool and other amenities, good floor plans to choose from. Also by far the best customer service you can ask for. The staff and management team are really respectful, persistent, and are willing to help and accommodate the residence needs and are fast respond to any issues or concerns. Overall a great place to live.

Lots of room, office staff is always super friendly and nice, maintenence is quick to take care of any issues and it was super easy to put in a maintenance request and even to pay rent through the app. Neighbors can be a bit loud but that's too be expected in an apartment building like that. Only complaint is not enough parking if you have more than one vehicle

We have now been here since Augusta and we love this place! Have lived in two other rentals and we have never been so well treated. Maintenance is spot on and the office ladies are the best! We love how spacious our apartment is and the wide halls and so quiet. The pool is always spotless and warm as is the gym. For the price you can’t beat this place.

Amy was SO incredibly helpful throughout the whole application process and very responsive to all of my questions! She continues to do a terrific job at managing this complex, making the tenants feel heard!😁 Having lived in the 2 bedroom, the layout was perfect! Plenty of space, nice little quiet balcony, pool and gym were always well maintained, great people living in the community. The only opportunity for improvement I saw, was maybe thowing a couple "loading/unloading only" signs at the parking stalls closest to the stairs. I felt bad having to park in front of others garage doors while moving in and out and was also afraid of scratching or denting the cars parked in those stalls. Overall- I was very pleased with this complex!

Amy was awesome when we went for a tour of the apartments. She took her time to explain everything to us and to answer our questions. We got to see all the amenities as well as the two bedroom apartment we are interested in, which by the way, very nice.

Me and my family were treated like everyone should be treated when trying to find a new home, they were beyond nice and helpful they answered any questions we had, oh and how they love kids! All around an amazing experience. It was the best experience I’ve ever had while trying to find a place to live. And the property is very well kept and tidy, the maintenance personnel are awesome and very helpful they are always working to fix things and keep the place nice and in working condition

We just moved here and so far, the experience has been great! Eleanore and Mersades helped us move in quickly so we could get out of a bad rental situation (with Vision Property… NEVER use them) and into a like-new, beautiful and spacious apartment. The maintenance staff has been super efficient and friendly as well as the office staff. My child and cats love it here, as it is safe, clean and friendly.

The move-in experience was awesome. The leasing team was on the ball and always very friendly with us. Even when they were short staffed for a little bit, they worked hard and stayed on top of things to make sure we were taken care of. Never have I had such a positive experience with a leasing office. Eleanore and Mercedes took great care of us and answered our questions quickly and precisely.

Me and my little family recently moved in and it’s been a great experience! Eleanore was so helpful and kind through the whole process. The complex is very well kept and we couldn’t be happier to live here!

They Handled everything I asked them to fix with no problem.Amy has been amazing and she always handles everything that needs to be done . Ever sense we have moved here it has been a clean and well taken care of apartment complex and safe location for kids as well.

My husband and I recently moved in and so far, it’s been great. The manager Amy is such a sweet soul, so easy to talk to and work with. As someone else mentioned, there is not enough stars to rate her, she’s been so amazing! Cetera, who also works in the office, is awesome! We love them and have felt so welcomed here. The apartment is so beautiful, we love living here!

Very clean and new. Amy helped us get into a place really quick and did not have a million things to do before we could even get approved like other places. We are moved in and feeling like home.

Amy has been soooo amazing from start to finish! We have been planning and executing a cross country move for months and she has been super helpful every step of the way. We are LOVING our brand new apartment. Parking is great, and being able to use our garage for storage is cheaper than a storage facility and it's on site! There's cameras outside which feels safe. We're excited for all the community events in the future as well as the pool. It's a huge relief to finally be here and feel supported in a nice safe area!

This place is super nice! They have been very friendly and very helpful. I appreciate how if they didn’t have an answer for a quick had they knew who to ask and how to find out and got back to me about it in a timely manner. Amy has been super nice. Super friendly, and very understanding.

Payson point feels like home. If you're in the market for a new place to call your own, choose Payson Point. Spacious living, large rooms, big living area. 2 bathrooms is such a plus, both with a nice deep bathtub. Amy, the apartment manager is super nice and helpful with any questions or needs. The maintenance team works round the clock to keep the place nice. Pet friendly is very nice, and hard to come by. My biggest positive is that the walls are thick! not thin like other apartments. I've never heard my next door neighbor.

Amy at Payson Point Apartments made our move in and application process smooth and painless! She was available to answer any and all questions and thoroughly explained every step. We are truly grateful to call this place home our entire experience from application to living here have been perfect!
