    My daughter recently moved into this apartment complex, and I’ve spent quite a bit of time here helping her get settled. I have been very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the property, and all of the amenities the community offers. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and welcoming from the start. The complex feels safe, well-maintained, and like a great place to live. The amenities are excellent and always kept in great condition. It’s clear that the management team truly cares about the residents and the overall atmosphere of the community. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to live!

    I absolutely love living here! The pool is amazing and one of my favorite features of the community. The amenities are beautiful, well-maintained, and make the property feel like a resort. The staff is incredibly friendly, fun, and always willing to help with anything you need. Their positive attitude really makes a difference and creates a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

    The ladies in the front office are absolutely amazing! They are always friendly, professional, and very quick to respond whenever I have questions or need help with anything. They truly make the whole experience so much easier and more welcoming. The maintenance team is also incredible — they are fast, helpful, and do a great job keeping everything running smoothly and looking well maintained. The community itself is beautiful, very clean, quiet, and extremely well kept. You can tell they genuinely care about making residents feel comfortable and at home. Overall, it has been such a great experience!

    The Residence office staff & maintenance crew make living at this new community the BEST place to live in Utah! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The office manager Mandy has repeatedly gone above and beyond to make my family’s life welcoming, comfortable, enjoyable, relaxing, safe and fun. The Residence maintenance staff has always responded to service requests within MINUTES of submission! They make managing 300+ units look easy because of how efficient and hard working they are. The entire maintenance staff have exceptional customer service, prompt and detailed oriented care and it is all complimented with fun and professional personalities. Their commitment to cleanliness, safety and order makes the Residence a 5-star place to raise a family! She doesn't look at you as an apartment number she actually gets to know you and treats you with the up most respect. She is so nice and actually makes you feel like this is your home.     We have lived here for almost 2 years. We haven’t had any problems with anyone. Yes it does get loud kids play they run around this is also a place for them to live and play. We had to move extremely quick. They got us an appointment to see the apartment. We liked the lay out and took it. We moved in the next day. They are awesome to work with maintenance is great to work with. If you have any problems just talk to them they will get it handled as fast as they can

    We have lived here almost a year and have just renewed for another year. The apartment has lots of room and laundry room in unit so it’s super convenient. The staff is always amazing. We had a noisy neighbor playing music extremely loud and they did everything to fix the issue. There is always adequate parking and car ports or garages are available. Our dog loves it here and loves going in walks around the complex. I highly recommend living here. We’ve had a great experience

    My wife and I have been living here about 2 years at the time of writing this, and we've loved every day of it! Management is awesome and easy to get a hold of, maintenance requests are accomplished swiftly, the apartments themselves are amazing! The clubhouse provides nice gym, a pool and hot tub and abasketball and pickle ball court! We love it here and I'm sure you would too!

    I've lived in multiple apartment complexes and this is by far the best one. The office staff were super helpful and made the move in process super easy. The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean and welcoming. I had a minor issue with my door lock being stiff and the maintenance staff was super quick at fixing. So far its been a 10/10 experience definitely better than anywhere else I've rented.
